FetishFash Return & Refund Policy

At FetishFash, we stand behind our products and want you to love what you wear. If something's not quite right, we got you—with a few simple terms to keep it fair for everyone.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and before the item ships for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours but before shipment, cancellations may be subject to a 9.65% processing fee.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
  • Custom items (e.g. private label or personalized products) are final sale and not eligible for cancellation or return.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for most items within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns

  • Wrong item, color, or size received
  • Damaged or defective items
  • Items significantly different from the product description

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@fetishfash.com within 3 days of receiving your item.
  2. Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description.
  3. Once approved, ship the item back in unused condition with original packaging.

Note: All returns must be approved before sending anything back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Bodysuits
  • Lingerie
  • Swimwear
  • Underwear
  • Final Sale or Clearance Items

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 4–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Shipping Guarantee

If your package hasn’t arrived within 45 days of shipment (or 60 days for Brazil), we’ll gladly issue a full refund or replacement.

🛍️ Can I return my order?
Yes! You have 7 days from delivery to return most items in their original condition with tags and packaging.  
Note: We do not accept returns on lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, underwear, or Final Sale items due to hygiene reasons.

📦 How do I start a return?
Email us at support@fetishfash.com within 3 days of receiving your item.  
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief reason
- Clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

💸 Will I get a full refund?
Refunds cover the item price only.  
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.  
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product was incorrect or damaged.

📆 How long do refunds take?
4–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

♻️ Can I exchange instead?
We don’t do direct exchanges. Simply return your item and place a new order.

⛔ What if I used the wrong shipping address?
We can’t refund or reship items lost due to incorrect addresses entered during checkout.
