🚚 Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping timeframes vary based on your location. Most orders are delivered within:

  • U.S. & Canada: 10–20 business days
  • Europe: 10–25 business days
  • Australia & NZ: 10–25 business days
  • South America: 15–30 business days

Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package in real time.

🌎 Customs, Duties & Taxes

🚨 Lost or Stolen Packages

FetishFash is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim or reshipping when eligible.

📫 Incorrect Shipping Info

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
